Keep frozen for up to three months. Once defrosted, eat within three days. Please do not refreeze.
Oven- pre-heat oven to 180°. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place tray on oven shelf and bake for 40min. Check temperature in the middle and cook for longer if not thoroughly cooked through.
Microwave- Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on a high heat for 8min. Remove film and stir. Microwave for a further 3min or until fully cooked through.
Hob Remove all packaging and place on a hob. Keep a very low heat until defrosted and then cook on high heat until boiling.
Oven- pre-heat to 180°. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on oven shelf and bake for 20min. Check fully cooked through.
Microwave- Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on a high heat for 4min and leave to stand for 1min.
HobRemove all packaging and cook on medium heat for 5-6min, until cooked through.
