Keep refrigerated below 5°. Suitable for home freezing (3 months). Defrost before cooking. Once defrosted please do not refreeze.
Pre-heat a frying pan on a high heat with a little oil. Place in the meatballs and cook for 10min, stirring regularly.
Or grill in an oven proof dish at 180° (gas mark 6) for 10min, turning once or twice.
General advice: push down on the top and if the juices are still pink, fry for a little longer. Once the juice is clear, they’re cooked in the middle.
