PLEASE NOTE – All of our sausages are made by hand in our East London factory and are delivered fresh to our stores, twice every week. They don’t contain any additives or preservatives – which means they have a shorter shelf life than bread. This means we can sometimes sell out quickly. If this is the case with your selection, we’ll call you as soon as your order is picked up. We can find a suitable substitute or let you know when they will be ready to collect.

Keep refrigerated below 5°. Suitable for home freezing (3 months). Defrost before cooking. Once defrosted please do not refreeze.
OVEN cook on a baking tray at preheated 180° for 25-30min, turning occasionally.
Or GRILL on a medium heat for approximately 15min, turning occasionally.
Or SHALLOW FRY over a medium heat for approximately 15min, turning occasionally.
General advice: for best results, do not pierce sausages before cooking. Ensure sausages are piping hot and cooked through before serving.
