Keep frozen for up to three months. Once defrosted, eat within three days. Please do not refreeze.
Oven- pre-heat oven to 180°. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place tray on oven shelf and bake for 40min. Check temperature in the middle and cook for longer if not thoroughly cooked through.
Microwave- Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on a high heat for 9min. Remove film and stir. Microwave for a further 3min or until fully cooked through.
Oven- pre-heat to 180°. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on oven shelf and bake for 25min. Check fully cooked through.
Microwave- Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on a high heat for 8min and leave to stand for 1min.
Hob – Remove all packaging and cook on medium heat for 8-9 min, until cooked thoroughly.
